To change the language setting on your device please follow this steps:
1. Go to the settings menu
2. Under the general tab go to Language and input
3. At the top click language, and select the language you would like to use
All OPPO devices sold by us are GMS approved by Google it means it is fully support Google Apps and Google Play services.
OPPO is also an official member of the Open Handset Alliance.
If for any reason you do not like your device within 30 days from the receipt date, you may feel free to request us to return it and we will not hesitate to accept your product back and refund you the total price of the product ordered minus a compensation for the shipping costs.
The 30 days probation period apply to all devices excluding accessories. Eventual complimentary accessories received together with the device must be returned.

The products sold on our website have obtained all the relevant European and worldwide certificates. The CE an ROhS certifications is documented on every user manual and on the original box.
Go to "Settings" then scroll down and select “About Phone”. At the bottom of that page there is a button that says “System Update.” This system called OTA (On The Air) will automatically download the newest update and apply it to the device.
Please note that when an important update is released, you might not be able to automatically update through the OTA system.
